Questions about your Order

We hope your portraits bring you many treasured memories.   If your picture order is not complete, please report your shortage with your school picture contact person.  If you do not notify your school contact person of a shortage before your school completes their shortage report, your order fulfillment can take up to six additional weeks.  

Compare your order tear-off sheet with your package or check with your school to determine missing items. 

Orders are custom made and delivery times vary.

REFUND INFORMATION

If you need to return your picture for a refund, send all the pictures back for a complete refund.  If a group photo was included as part of your purchase and you would like to keep the group photo, $5.00 will be subtracted from your refund.
