Referral and Fund-raiser Program Overview

either ongoing referrals or a one-time referral on our web
site.

Ongoing
referrals will require a few additional steps after applying.

Before
referring, schools must be personally contacted and their interest
in school pictures by Timeless verified.
Via Fax or Mail
- Before
referring, schools must be personally contacted and their interest
in school pictures by Timeless verified.
- Referral forms are
printed on the backs of photo day notices and slips
that are included with every picture package.
- A supply of forms may be
requested by calling Timeless.
- Fill out forms and
return them to Timeless by mail, fax or call in
information via voice mail.
Payment Schedule
Timeless will disburse payments after: delivery of all orders,
receipt
of all bills,
refunds have been paid, and qualification has been verified.
Referring Party:

Qualified
School picture service referrals paid are $0.20
per package sold on new client's first picture day sales only.

Free package
voucher for Timeless portraits.

Qualified
School Photographer referrals paid are $20.00, one time only

If
referrals are being obtained from parents through a school fund raiser,
the school will also get compensated per the following:
Referring School:
-
Qualified
School picture service referrals paid are $0.10 to the school
per package sold on first year sales and $0.05 per package on each
consecutive year's sales for as long as the originating school remains a
qualifying client.

Qualified
School Photographer referrals paid are $20.00, one time only.
Qualifying Rules for Referrals to be paid:
In order for a pay-out to be made on fundraiser referral program, the following
minimum
requirements must be met first:
Those submitting more than one
referral must be registered and complete
a few additional steps. -
Referrals
are only paid on contacts that have not been previously made by
Timeless within 1 year of the referral being received.

Referrals
are paid only for qualifying, completed transaction, full price
paid, school picture packages A through F, & qualifying photographers.

Only
the first submission will be paid on. A split of the referral will be
made if two people are working together.

Referrals
must include the name of the individual to contact who has already
been contacted by the referrer regarding the referral and interest in Timeless
is verified.

Non-Fundraiser Virtual
Assistants will be required to obtain tentative shoot
dates from the contacted school.
-
Initial
shoot date for the referred school must be completed within one year
of the date referral was made.
-
For
referrals to be paid, expenses for job referred must not exceed the
amount collected for the job.

Job
referred must be within reasonable distance of a qualified Timeless
photographer.
-
Fundraiser
referrals portions for schools are paid to the originating school after
their next shoot day only if they use Timeless photography services within
one year after the referral and the expenses for doing their shoot does not
exceed the amount of income from their orders.

For
referral to be paid on a Photographer referral, Photographer must exceed
on their assignments, a minimum of $1,500.00 amount cleared in total sales
less job costs, administration and legal expenses.
Submitting
ongoing referrals without following guidelines may cause referrals
to be disqualified and future referrals to be rejected. -

subject to change at any time without notice at Timeless's discretion.
