Proof Plan picture day; How it works: Prior to picture day, Timeless sends all the necessary Picture Day supplies to the school. Approximately 2 weeks after picture day, Proofs of the children are sent back attached to order forms for parents to choose from. Timeless will also include easy step-by-step ordering instructions for School and Parents. School may choose to: ask Parents to come inside school to order, or to take proofs home and return their completed orders with payment. After all orders are collected, school calls for pickup. In about 4 weeks (usually less), the finished Portraits are shipped FedEx to the school ready for Parents to pick up. Prepay Plan picture day; How it works: Prior to picture day, Timeless sends all the necessary Picture Day supplies to the school including order forms for Children to take home. Parents return their order forms with payment to School on or before picture day. The lab chooses the best pose of each and prints the orders. In about 3-1/2 weeks the finished Portraits are shipped FedEx to the school ready for Parents to pick up. Web Page for your school or group: Allows you a full page where you can publish your school contact information, links, and some details about your school you would like to add.
